Ron Sutton’s Winner’s Circle

Text Box: Chris was selected to be a part of the RSWC program in 2006. He is being groomed, coached, tested, trained, raced and molded into what pro race teams want in their drivers.
RSWC develops drivers in multiple racing venues. He races drivers in various leagues of open wheel and fendered cars ... on oval and road courses. The plan molds the young talented racers into very experienced, versatile, highly trained young drivers ... ready to race and win ... now.
RSWC has assembled seven key ingredients to create a comprehensive career development program that includes, career path planning, yearly development planning, racing in the appropriate series with a top notch team, driver coaching, career coaching, classroom training and extracurricular racing activities.

Ron Sutton says, “A key part of our program is to get these up and coming drivers placed with top teams, capable of winning races on each and every outing.”
The term "Driver Development" is over used. Many rent-a-ride race car operations, driver schools and driver coaches use the term today. But most do not prepare the driver for a career in the big leagues. Ron Sutton's Winner's Circle is different … providing young stars in the making with driver and career development through our multiple race teams and comprehensive training programs. Ron Sutton, veteran race driver, crew chief and car builder, stopped driving a number of years ago, and turned his focus to developing the careers of young drivers.
